Hi, I’m Julie Hopkins, RN, BSN—your nurse guide on this GLP-1 journey.

With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, I’ve seen what happens when women are given a prescription… without a plan, especially midlife women juggling hormones, careers, family, stress, and bodies that don’t respond the way they used to.

I’ve worked across med-surg, labor & delivery, ER, home health, wound care, wound care, and leadership. I’ve supported women at their highest highs and lowest lows, and one truth stands out:

That’s why I created The Bridge Membership to fill the gap between the prescription and real-life results.

I’m not just a nurse. I’m an educator, a guide, and an advocate for women on GLP-1s who feel stuck, confused, or unsupported. I help women understand how these medications work, protect their muscle and metabolism, navigate plateaus, fuel their bodies, and create lifestyle changes that actually last.
